With the spiral kneading arm and blade, the dough is kneaded in a homogeneous and hygienic way, it is completely ventilated from top to bottom, and this increases the dough quality. The mobile mixer, which is designed in the most suitable way for dough kneading technology, consists of two main parts, the body and the movable upper body. The parts that come into contact with the dough, namely the blade spiral and the bowl are of stainless steel construction. The working order of the mobile mixer is designed as double-speed. Thanks to the rotating boiler in this system, the efficiency is increased by considering the kneading time. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM lifts the upper body (spiral) as well as pushes and pulls the dough bowl out of the mixer, so the bowl can be easily taken and replaced. Movement is provided to every particle of the dough cut with a knife during kneading. In this system, the quality of the dough is increased. For the safety of use, the mixer stops automatically when the protective cover is removed. Also, the operation can be stopped at any time with the emergency stop button. It is long-lasting with its solid construction structure. It works silently as it is driven by belt.
